The "Hada Labo Shirojun Medicated Whitening Toner Moisture Type" is a medicated whitening toner that focuses on both hydration and brightening, offering a moisture-rich formula.
It contains tranexamic acid★ as the active whitening ingredient and allantoin to help prevent skin irritation. For skin conditioning and moisturizing, it includes Vitamin C derivative＊, Vitamin E, Job's tears extract＊＊, fermented Job's tears liquid, and two types of hyaluronic acid☆ as hydrating ingredients. This toner helps prevent acne while providing hydration, leading to smooth, plump, and refined skin texture.
It is weakly acidic, fragrance-free, colorant-free, mineral oil-free, alcohol (ethanol)-free, and paraben-free.
Whitening: Suppresses melanin production to prevent spots and freckles.
