Biore UV has released a new limited-edition sunscreen from its main Aquarich line: the Biore UV Aquarich Airy Hold Cream (also known as Breathable Veil UV). It focuses on keeping the skin's surface hydrated. This product gives a refreshing feeling and strong UV protection, like other Aquarich products, and helps your skin feel comfortable throughout the day.

Biore UV Aquarich Airy Hold Cream was made to be —comfortable to use and to make you want to apply it generously. Kao’s patented technology, which traps UV-blocking ingredients inside water capsules (agar gel), has been improved. By adding a moisture-reactive agent to the capsules, they created a new creamy, soufflé-like texture.

When this soft cream is applied to the skin, it spreads smoothly and feels like it blends naturally with the skin. The coating layer (called the "breathable veil") is light—almost like your skin is breathing—and its thickness changes throughout the day based on humidity.

In hot and humid conditions, the moisture-reactive agent in the veil absorbs sweat to keep your skin from feeling sticky. In dry environments, like air-conditioned rooms, the same veil slowly releases moisture to prevent dryness—helping your skin stay comfortable all day.

It combines high UV protection (SPF 50+ / PA++++) with all-day comfort on the skin’s surface. It also contains beauty powder that enhances skin brightness*6 and serum ingredients (moisturizers)*7, creating a special formula that makes you want to apply plenty of sunscreen.
